We're excited to announce the newest addition to Rugby League in the Midlands - North Midlands Knights - and we are eagerly looking to recruit Rugby League players for the 2025 season.
Teams we are looking to recruit for are Cubs, Juniors & Youth - both Boys & Girls.
Whether you have rugby experience or not we welcome all players to join our club and enjoy our first season as Knights! Whether you are an existing player or new to the sport players will be complimented with Experienced, Ambitious and Qualified DBS checked coaches and Volunteers.
We have a forward thinking committee with a clear impetus for our clubs vision including Junior and Youth Professional Pathways with regional professional Rugby League Clubs.
We will be joining the Midlands Youth League and Junior festivals and also have home and away festivals and games organised with teams further afield.
In our debut season, we are entering the into the Midlands development league, and entering U15 & U17 teams into the Midlands merit leaue(s)
Our Juniors are aged 7+ and they will be entering into the festival programme(s).
Our Cubs are aged 3+ and it's the best way of getting into rugby whilst having lots of fun running around burning off some energy.
The Midlands Rugby League continues to develop the sport at the grassroots level, fostering community engagement and offering opportunities for players of all ages and abilities to participate in rugby league.
